Bulgur Burger With Turkey

Ingredients

  • For Burger Stuffing
  • 300 g pound turkey breast (no skin)
  • 2 tomatoes (chopped, seeds removed)
  • ½ glass of Fine Bulgur(boiled)
  • 1,5 glass of water (to boil bulgur)
  • 3 fresh onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons of lean no-fat yoghurt
  • 3-4 chopped fresh mint leaves
  • ½ teaspoon of cumin
  • Salt
  • For serving
  • 1 pitta bread (cut into four)
  • 1 medium size tomato (chopped as cubes)
  • ½ red onion (chopped as cubes)
    • 1Boil bulgur in 1.5 glass of water for approximately 15-20 minutes. Mix pound turkey, seeds removed and chopped tomatoes, bulgur, fresh onion, yoghurt, mint, cumin and salt in a big bowl.
    • 2Lightly wet your hands and make 4 equal portion of burger from the mixture.
    • 3Oil your grill or a pan with sunflower oil. Grill them for 10-12 minutes, turn once until it is well done.
    • 4Serve burgers in pitta bread along with cube cut tomatoes and red onion. Bon appetite.
